Collage is simple. You don’t need drawing skills. You don’t need training. Just scissors, paper, glue and magazines. Everyone knows how to cut and arrange paper. It’s creative without being intimidating. It’s hands-on. It gives you something to focus on and something to build. Join us. Sit alongside other men. Talk or don’t. Discuss the local area, the economy, fatherhood, music, work, sport, dreams, or the holiday you’ve always imagined and want to visualise. You don’t have to “make friends” if you don’t want to. You can simply come and create.

When the Structure Shifts 

The statistics are clear: many men don't talk about how they're feeling. And that silence can become one of the most serious things a man carries. For decades, you might build a career, earn your salary, and tie your identity to your role — your ability to solve problems and provide. Then one day, it shifts. Retirement. Redundancy. A contract not renewed. And suddenly the structure is gone.
